Shipping & Returns

Shipping/Delivery: In-store pickup is available and can be arranged once a purchase is made. Shipping is on hold until further notice.

Dance Code Return Policy:We will gladly provide a full refund or exchange on any item within 14 days of purchase with original receipt or Gift Receipt. In the absence of a receipt a Store Credit will be issued for the amount of the return.  

Conditions: all tags are still attached and product has not been worn or used.
Exclusions to Our Regular Return Policy  - All :  Shoes (that have been worn), Tights, Undergarments, Hair Products, Any Clothing that has the Tags removed, Pointe Accessories, Special Orders, Custom Ordered Product and Clearance Product : All of these items are FINAL SALE - NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If the returned product meets these conditions the customer will then be issued a refund.  If the returned product does not meet the conditions, Dance Code will contact the customer to arrange the return of the product back to the customer and a refund will not be issued.
