Mondor 3080 character skirt features a waistband with velcro, that helps the skirt to ‘grow’ with the dancer. JR-S: 23'' at side; JR-M fits a 6x-10, 27'' long at side; JR-L fits a 12-S-P, 31'' long at side. Made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton.
